Business has grown rapidly in Gillette and we have reached the limit (plus some) for available work bays and parts storage. Our current facilities have been in use since 1979 and have served the local mining, mineral and construction industries through boom and bust for nearly 30 years. As business increases our need for additional parts inventory and service space has risen as well.
This expansion will triple our available space to 200,000 ft2 the expansion will be added to the south of the current building. The new building will contain an additional 84,000 ft2 of warehouse space, 70,000 ft2 state-of-the-art service area, 16, 000 ft2 additional office/support space and a 7,300 ft2 wash bay.
Caspar Building Systems has been hired as the contractor for the expansion and completion is expected in the first quarter of 2010. |
