Aquila Drill Manager
Aquila Drill Management products provide basic systems from production monitoring and automated rock recognition to more advanced control and high-precision GPS-based guidance systems. Aquila Drill manager is designed for easy operation and timely use by equipment operators, maintenance personnel, geologists and mining engineers. User-friendly, graphical user interfaces (GUIs) provide mine personnel with intuitive, on-screen instructions to ensure effective use with a minimum of training. Drill Manager empowers the operator with information to make intelligent decisions, work faster and with fewer errors. Productivity is improved through optimized drilling procedures.

Users have the option of different levels of functionality, depending on the needs of their operation. DM-Basic is the stand alone mode that displays basic drilling information to the operator. DM-Plus communicates the information back to the mine office for analysis. Additional sensros can be added to the drill to increase functionality, DM-1 through DM-6.

Aquila Drag Line Monitor
The Aquila Dragline Monitor System combines a centimeter level accurate Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) Global Positioning System (GPS) with a comprehensive production monitoring system to provide real-time georeferencing of all dragline activities. Right down to the individual bucket loads and dump locations. Machine performance, productivity, and payload is monitored and organized in reports to optimize the dragline output and minimize operating costs. |
