I understand omissions or misrepresentations may be cause for rejection or if employed,
may be just cause for subsequent dismissal. I understand that if I have a criminal case
pending at the time of applying for a position with the company, that my suitability for
continued employment may be reviewed upon the disposition of the case and I will contact
the Human Resources Department within five (5) days of such criminal conviction. I hereby authorize any former employer,
person, firm or corporation listed herein including this company to answer any and
all questions and agree to hold all persons harmless for giving any and all truthful
information within their knowledge or records. I understand this is a preliminary
application and not a contract to employ me. Furthermore, in the event I am employed,
my employment shall be completely voluntary and may be terminated at will any time

condition of employment. I will abide by the Companys rules and regulations while

indebted financially to the company, I agree to repay the company and also that
any wages due me upon termination may be offset by payroll deduction against any

a thorough background check may be undertaken by Wyoming Machinery Company. Prior
to employment, prospective Wyoming Machinery Company employees are required to:
1. Satisfactorily complete a drug screen.
2. Satisfactorily complete all required pre-employment activities, including but
not limited to a background check, driving record, and health screen.
