RENTAL/ LEASE INFORMATION & RESPONSIBILITIES
• All Standard Rent/ Lease Terms and Conditions will apply as described in the Wyoming Machinery Company Rent/ Lease Agreement.
• Rental Rates are based on 176 hours per 28 day Period. Double Shift based on 352 hours (1.6 X Single Shift Rate). Triple Shift based on 528 hours (2.1 X Single Shift Rate).
• Extra Hours per period or overtime will be billed at any time and in Wyoming Machinery Company’s discretion, normally upon return of the equipment.
• Rental Rates are subject to equipment availability and are subject to change without notice and will increase for rock and heavy abrasive applications.
• Rental Rates do not include: transportation of equipment, all applicable state sales use and mobile machinery taxes and any UCC fees.
• Rental Rates do not include assembly and disassembly charges.
• First month rent due in advance without prior credit approval.
• Equipment will not be shipped unless Lessee has an account approved by the Wyoming Machinery Company Credit Department.
• Purchase option is available on most models.
• Wyoming Machinery Company will supply S.O.S. kits. Lessee will provide labor to take all required oil samples.
• Wyoming Machinery Company during the initial eighteen billing cycles will provide labor and materials for necessary and required Major Mechanical Repairs on the Equipment arising from normal use.
• After eighteen Billing Cycles Wyoming Machinery Company has the discretion to replace the equipment with substitute equipment of the same or similar capabilities.
• Wyoming Machinery Company will provide Equipment with a full tank of fuel at the beginning of the term.
• Lessee will responsible for all damage to the equipment and insure the equipment for physical damage at the stated replacement value.
• Lessee is responsible for daily lubrication, normal maintenance and daily inspection of equipment at all required intervals.
• Lessee is responsible for replacement of ground engaging tools.
• Lessee will be charged for damage, cuts and wear to rubber track belts and tire equipment. Measured rubber track or tire wear will be billed based on 32nd of wear.
• In the event the equipment is damaged and requires repair the terms and conditions of the Rent/ Lease agreement shall continue during the period of repair.
• After eighteen billing cycles all costs associated with repairs and maintenance are the sole responsibility of Lessee.
• Lessee will provide Equipment with a full tank of fuel upon return or be charged for fueling the equipment.
• D.O.T. Driver with CDL is required for on-highway trucks.
• Lessee shall operate all units in a safe and reasonable manner using only qualified operators. Wyoming Machinery Company offers several levels of operator training.
• Wyoming Machinery Company offers Maintenance Service Contracts at some locations for an additional charge.
• Equipment should be returned in a reasonably clean condition.
Not withstanding the foregoing, the fully executed Rental/Lease Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the equipment and supersedes any other written or oral communications, specifically including this information.
