- Diesel or natural gas engines from 3126 series to the 3500 series are reconditioned to Caterpillar Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards.
- Engines are pre-washed before disassembly, and during disassembly engine components are inspected and then cleaned to Caterpillar requirements by Mart component washers.
- Magnaflux testing of crankshafts.
- Fuel pump & injector testing on Caterpillar certified test stand.
- The CRC Engine department has five disassembly bays and eleven engine assembly bays to provide the fastest possible turn around time for the customer.
