|
- Transmissions and torque converters starting from the 416 backhoe series to the massive 797 haul trucks are reconditioned to Caterpillar OEM Standards.
- Transmissions are pre-washed before tear down, and during tear down transmission components are inspected and cleaned to Caterpillar requirements by Mart component washers.
- The CRC Transmission / Torque Converter department has three tear down bays and six assembly bays to provide a greater turn around time for the customer.
- Each Transmission / Torque Converter that is completed must pass through the test stand. The 1U-9400 Hydraulic Transmission Test is state-of-the-art equipment required by Caterpillar for testing each component.
- At the customers request, a computerized pressure acquisition and data logging report can be provided to include a vibration test. (Available for the 797 haul truck only).
