Wyoming Machinery Company's Component Rebuild Center (CRC) helps our customers achieve optimum component life and reliability through world-class rebuild practices. Equipped to rebuild and test all major components of the largest equipment Caterpillar produces today, the CRC meets the same safety, quality and contamination standards as the Caterpillar factory.
Completed in 2002 our CRC has achieved the Caterpillar 5 Star Contamination Control award, Caterpillars highest standard for contamination control. By maintaining ultra-clean service areas in conjunction with experienced, Caterpillar trained technicians and genuine Cat parts we can deliver a like-new or better than new rebuild for your machine and components.

Caterpillar: CRC Standards & Overview

The CRC features two double-ended dyno's, twenty rebuild bays, in-house machine and hydraulic shops, tear-down and wash facilities, failure analysis, fuel and rod test areas and a state-of-the-art paint booth. Every component is thoroughly cleaned, disassembled and washed prior to entering the service area. Assigned service technician groups follow each component from teardown to final test, reducing errors and lowering repair times. Technicians have on-line parts ordering capabilities in each service bay and parts are delivered directly to each bay allowing service technicians to spend their completing repairs and less time tracking parts.
Inside the 73,320 ft2 CRC we have the capability to lift 25 tons with our two 25 ton bridge cranes in addition to two 15 ton bridge cranes, two 10 ton bridge cranes, and over fifty 1-3 ton jib cranes. Literally, no job is too big for our state-of-the-art service facilities.
